Dance floor only to be set up on flat surfaces. No dirt or rocky floors and no slopes more than 2 degrees.
All chairs, tables, tablecloths, layovers, and canopies are rented for a maximum of 48 hours. If you pick up the equipment, and bring it back after the stipulated time you will lose your deposit. Rentals for 49 to 96 hours are 1 ½ the regular price. Rentals for 97 hours to 1 week are 2 times the regular price.
When you rent any equipment from Prescott Party rentals you agree to pay in advance, and be liable for all the equipment rented out (weather nature, or your guests damage it). There will be no returns of money due to not use of the equipment for inclement weather, or for any other reason. In addition, you accept to pay for any equipment damaged due to human negligence, or weather related.
